Slow and unsteady - Understanding bradyarrhythmias

This presentation will give an overview of the different types of bradyarrhythmia, more specifically:
- How to recognise different bradyarrhythmias on ECG.
- What the possible causes of each bradyarrhythmia may be.
- Potential options for treating and managing bradyarrhythmias, and when this may be necessary.
This will cover bradyarrhythmias in both conscious animals, and those under sedation or anaesthesia.

Andrew graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2020. He spent two years in general practice, including 18 months in a busy hospital with a focus on emergency and critical care and certificate-led referrals. After this, he joined the team at Davies Veterinary Specialists, a multidisciplinary specialist referral hospital, as a rotating intern, before going on to the position of Cardiology Intern.
